As what you read in the previous post, that's suckz!!!
But anyway, it's over.
Wednesday, tat means yesterday. I wait for the company that I interviewed for a whole day...
Finally he called me around 9pm. wow... damn late man...
Never mind, he said he'll hire me and increase my salary RM100 from the salary that he told me in interview.
That time I just feel like, God didn’t leave me in the dark.

So this is the totally new place and different job for me.
Such challenging thing. But I believe I can do it!

It is also the time for me to wear formal again to work! im not a Studio Graphic Designer anymore but a Sales executive for corporate. So I have to be very Leng Zai everyday!

But!!!

1st thing that I need is a car...

I know im poor but a new peredua kenari I cannot afford to pay every month meh!? Mum keep pushing me to buy kancil or iswara... some more wan 2nd hand also... man...
Buy a 2nd hand 5 years used car + I used it 5 years = 10 years car liao lo...
I have more than 10 reason to tell my mum why I don’t wan to buy a used car but... you know la... old people very ngam cham one...

Faint... don’t know what to do... still do research for the other details... really clueless...

I come back work in office at Sunday with my admin, suddenly she asks me a weird question.

Admin:" Jay, if boss say this month have no salary what you going to do?"
that time I was stone...
I said:" what can I do?"

Is true... what can I do?
This question makes me worry a lot of thing...
my brain keep on thinking non-sense...

[Monday] Admin announce the news for me... said boss is coming to day, actually admin wan to prepare the salary for us but boss hold the checque, cause she wan to cut me and the other designer salary... men... I was stone again... what the hack she wan to do? Meanwhile my admin only tell me boss oledi cut 50% of her salary 2 month ago. That’s why she always work half day...

Meanwhile, I know that both of my art director and creative director also cut 50% salary start from previous month… then this month me and the other graphic designer also have to cut salary… my got… what the hack is she thinking to do? If she cut our salary to hire a sales executive is still ok, we can be accept templar. But the news that I heard 2 month ago she oledi said wan to hire till now I also dint’s see any sales in my office…

I have oledi interview for a job as a sales executive, they said if confirm to hire me I have to work at 1st of the May. But my contract in this company is 2-month notice. That means I only can start work at 1st of June. Then what am suppose to do!? I’m stuck in between of jobless or speechless.

Now today is the day that my boss said wan to come in to have a meeting 1 by 1, is the day to decide which way I have to choose. And tomorrow I only can know the company I interview wan to hire me or not…

CONTINUE HERE!!!

Im the 1st one who meet the boss in the meeting, she said that she wan to cut RM50 from my salary and no EPF for 6 month, after 6 month see how is the income for the company only increase or what… I listen a lot of non-sense from the boss and I say resign.

After that the other graphic design remain the salary but also no EPF, art director salary change to basic but also cut 40% of the salary…

1st stage from my guestsing, the boss is plan to close the company without paying us 2-month salary like the contract written, So she cut our salary to make us resign our self.

Me and the other graphic designer are still ok but how about the creative and art director? One of them have family and one is going to marry. Boss make everyone of us in trouble…

I quite love this company because we have no politik and we all very helpful. We doing things together and solve problem together.

Anyhow, is time to say good bye to my all lovely coullegue after the next month. I learn a lot from here and everyone.

"Our results suggest that breakfast may really be the most important meal of the day," research leader Dr. Mark A. Pereira told BBC News Online. The study examined 2,681 adults between the ages of 25 and 37 for eight years.

People who reported eating breakfast every day--as opposed to twice a week or less--had a 35 to 50 percent reduced chance of becoming obese or developing insulin resistance syndrome, a precursor to diabetes in which the body experiences a loss of sensitivity to insulin. Insulin is a hormone that is key to regulating blood sugar.

What you eat is just as important as making sure you eat, notes Reuters. The best breakfast foods are whole grain cereals. Refined grain cereals and bacon and eggs had no effect on reducing the risk of obesity and diabetes.

Here's a trick from the American Heart Association to tell if a cereal is whole grain: The first item in the ingredient list must be a whole grain or bran and have at least 2 grams of fiber per serving.

One of the best whole grain cereals may be oatmeal. A study reported last year in The Journal of Family Practice concluded that oat cereals work so well at lowering blood pressure that people who are taking hypertension medication can actually use a lower dosage if they eat an oatmeal breakfast every day. Other studies have shown that oatmeal will lower cholesterol.

The study was presented at the American Heart Association's 43rd Annual Conference on Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention.

Jesus Love Caritas
Building first constructed in 1975 and this activity is held in 2005. I used to think of naming it as “30th anniversary rebuild for future hope” (as an example).
Rebuild of the building is not just only for present usage but also for our younger generation. Besides providing the space for prayers, the building is also for other activities and functions.

Concept:
I will use element such as wings and children art to bring out the feeling of peace and hope.

Design Element:
Children art:-
Children are always very innocent and harmless like Adam and Eve before they eat the poison apple. Every single life begins with a child and the children will grown up to an adult and having their children. Nevertheless, I choose children art is to recall people about how pure they were when they were kids and to educate people to love each other.

Wings:-
Wings is the symbolism of freedom, peace and hope. By using the combination of the “wings” and the “children art”, I wish to convey the message of “guiding the kids or younger generation to the truth and correct path”.

Direction and Move:
Logo:-
Logo plays an important role as the identity of an event, organization or label. The slogan itself isn’t strong enough to support the idea. A logo is more easier to be understand ; to remind and to introduce the idea to the public.

Design and Skill:
When applying the concept in every single design, the color palette will be based on the colors of soft pastel which is more to white and sky color majority. It is to represent “peace” as shown in our concept.

Concept:
A peaceful computer art paint. show a large space and infenity moving area that our Jesus Caritas Church are. Guiding us to do every thing that we have to do and showing the true direction to every people in every where and any place.

Mr.H: em... let me see...

Jay: Just tell me how you feel bout it, what you see and what you wan to shoot la

Mr.H: This can b improve and that... overall is good la (no comment)

(oh ya... I have to tell you Mr.H is my working partner for this freelance project and the detail of the project is still P&C, so read are not available)

I thought about all the concepts, ideas and missions to present to our client. Client said that our ideas are very good, and we talk about the quantity and what we are going to show them next. After this we going to work at night again in my office.

Jay: Ok! now what we going to do is, I'll draw the background picture and you do the typing, path picture and simply put in a layout design.

then i took out a few pcs of paper to draw. after 3 hours, he finished his typing, path picture and layout.

Mr.H: Come! check this out!

Jay: WHAT THE FUCK!!? I ASK YOU TO DO POSTER DESIGN WHY YOU DO ANNUAL REPORT!?

Mr.H is a graphic designer who work for annual report for 1 1/2 year, so he oledi lost his sense of direction in graphic design

Mr.H: .......

Jay: ....... Its late now, lets go home and continue tomorrow la, 2nd presentation is next week, so we have to work fast.

Mr.H: Tomorrow i cannot cause my office want me to OT la...

Jay: ....... then~?

Mr.H: Lets draw a few layouts at home or office 1st, after i finish my company job, we work it together again!

Jay: ....... when?

Mr.H: ..... few more days to go la!

Jay: ....... Ok la~

No choice for me cause he has his work to do i cant ask him to stop his work right? Because of the dateline, i was wondering whether we have enough time to complete the layout for 2nd presentation, waiting for each other is not a good idea, so i work alone for this project for a few days, contact supplyer and write the quotation. I came out with a very strong visual for the poster, banner and bunting design. Only left one design i haven't started yet, on that time i was thinking...

Jay: From the begining till now, what have Mr.H done ah? I came out with the Concept, idea, computer paint, publishing, visual, text checking, looking for supplyer and write quotation, he only done the typing and path picture. how many percent of the work i done and compared to his?

During working hour on the second day. i asked him a few questions.

Jay: Eh... you think how much $$ you suppose to take after we collected the $$ ah? Dont talk about the percent percent things 1st

Mr.H: 40% (dead serious)

Jay: ....... Are you serious!?

Mr.H: Ya! (fucking serious)

(that means i can only get 60% for all i've done and he can get 40% for doing typing and path picture...)
Jay: How much u think you've worked for this project? you dare to ask 40% from me??!!

Mr.H: You have to understand me mah~ not that i dont want to work with you but i Ot everyday, thats not i want but i have to do ma, you din't think about other people lo!

(After i heard this my blood started to boil..)

Jay: Walao! thats not my problem lo!you have your responsibility to work there BUT you also have your responsibility to work here lo! nobody can work less and take more one! if you want me to considerate towards you, did you do the same to me??!?!

(stubborn fella 1 single word i said also wont listen and keep on saying im selfish and dint think about his feeling)

He is my friend, i have to teach him what he had forget, lost and what i know cause we both are designers and we're working in a partnership. i just want him to understand my situation and his situation, hoping that we be partners again in next project! but his attitude made me disappointed. Actually i can kick him off and he can't even take a single % or i can leave the group and he cannot continue working on this project without me. that means i can do whatever i like to blame him down! but i dint! i gave him chance to improve himself and learn from what i have! I hope that he can help me and not just standing there without doing anything and ask for 40% comission lo...

We have a performance For Leo Club IU day at Jinjang secondary school! the one who look me for help they is ailynn~ Our performance is just only a part of show.. but we dint do it well because Mic is not prepare by us... thats the point! because the mic is not prepare by us so our vocalist Hui Kee cant perform her sweet voice and stand there sing like crazy people without any sound... sad... think to have another and i will only use our own equitment and i sure will success 120% huh!

We actually want to go cinema watch movie, because i work OT from 2am till 3:30pm and wake up at 5pm go to my friend pagent show at 7pm till 10:30pm then play band from 12am till 3:30am... so i cannot success to wake up in time because of OT and active like this... in the end... me, stif, gin and gladys cannot make it for the movie so we plan to go starbucks yam cha! after this still feel boring, we went to the parking lot and taking some interesting and creative photo! hahahaa~ thats designer lifestyle!? Im not mention my skill is very good in taking picture but just write down what i learn to share with who read my blog! When you want to take a picture for an object, try to focus it as near as you can! if got something urgly background there just try to cover it~ then the picture will be look simple and nice~ some of the support element likes light, reflection or etc you also can use it to support you photo to be more interesting like what i did!
