unwell

today i sleep at 9:30pm and suddenly wake up at 12:30pm... feel very worry for some thing... I heared that news said got earth quake again within 72 hour and I have a friend going to penang tomorrow for working... very worry about her... but what can I do? nothing I can do and i just come to cyber cafe to write this message for my self...
